Testicles

This is a small excerpt from an article in Readers Digest which I illustrated

In the middle ages men who were desperate to have a boy often had their left testicle removed. This was because it was mistakenly believed that the right testicle created ‘boy sperms’ and the left, ‘girl sperms’.
